Processing Time
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Domestic Shipping
Standard Shipping (Free Ship Option)
When you select a "Free Ship" option, Source One Auto Parts ships using our carrier of choice. For continental United States addresses, your item will typically arrive within 2–5 business days after shipment.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery. Contact us if you need guaranteed delivery by a specific date and we will advise on the best option.
Freight Shipping
Oversized or heavy items (such as hoods, doors, or large assemblies) may ship via freight carrier. Freight items ship free to a business address with a loading dock or to a local freight terminal. Residential freight delivery may incur additional charges. If you have questions about whether your item ships freight, please contact us before ordering.
International Shipping
We ship to many international destinations. International customers should be aware of the following:
- International customers are responsible for all duty taxes, import fees, and customs charges
- Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing
- If an order is refused at delivery, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and carrier information. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the carrier's website.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Do not discard the original packaging, as it may be needed for a carrier claim.
