Return Policy

Our Guarantee

Source One Auto Parts guarantees every product we sell to be in the condition stated in the listing for 30 days from the date of purchase. Our goal is to have every customer receive exactly what they ordered, as described, every time.

What We Accept

We accept returns and exchanges for:

  • Damaged merchandise
  • Defective merchandise
  • Incorrect merchandise (whether the fault of the customer or Source One Auto Parts)

All damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise must be reported to Source One within 30 days of receipt.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, please contact us before shipping anything back:

We may request photos of damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return. For parts believed to be defective, we may require written documentation (on letterhead) from a licensed repair facility or dealership confirming the defect.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges for Incorrect or Defective Items

If Source One Auto Parts shipped you the wrong item, or if the item is defective, we will exchange it and cover all associated shipping costs. Return the item in the same condition it was received. We will ship your replacement upon receiving the returned merchandise.

Exchanges for Customer-Ordered Incorrectly

If you ordered the wrong part, you are responsible for return shipping. Please contact us to confirm the correct part before placing a new order.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping

We are not responsible for returned merchandise lost or damaged during return transit. Please ensure you:

  • Obtain tracking information for your return shipment
  • Retain proof of delivery
  • Consider purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items (UPS automatically insures up to $100; USPS does not provide standard coverage)

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been installed, used, or are not in the original condition described in the listing are not eligible for return. Electrical components that show signs of installation or testing may not be accepted for return.
