Ordering & Fitment

How do I know if a part will fit my vehicle?

The best way to confirm fitment is to match the OEM part number on your existing part to the part number listed in our product description. If you are unsure, please call us at 269-343-3323 and we will verify fitment directly from the part in hand.

What does "New Take-Off" (NTO) mean?

Some parts we receive are assembled for installation in a new vehicle. When a complete assembly is less desirable than individual components, we disassemble it and sell the parts separately. This does not mean the part is used or of lesser quality — it simply means there may be minor marks where a bolt once attached the part to the assembly. NTO parts are genuine OEM components that have never been driven on or functioned in a vehicle.

Do you sell aftermarket or counterfeit parts?

No. We sell only New OEM and New Take-Off (NTO) parts made by the Original Equipment Manufacturers. We do not sell "knock-off" or counterfeit parts.

Warranty & Condition

Does this part come with a warranty?

Due to the way we purchase our parts, we are not able to offer an extended warranty. We do, however, guarantee all parts to be in the condition noted on the product description for 30 days from the date of purchase. All damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise must be reported to Source One within 30 days of receipt.

What condition are the parts in?

Each product listing clearly states the condition of the part — New OEM, New Take-Off (NTO), or other. Please read the condition description carefully before purchasing. Parts in "New OEM" condition are uninstalled factory-surplus units that have never been used in a vehicle.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Standard ground shipping typically delivers within 2–5 business days for continental US addresses. Freight items and oversized parts may require additional transit time.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. International customers are responsible for all applicable duty taxes and return shipping costs if an order is refused at delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise within 30 days of receipt. Please see our full Return Policy page for complete details, including how to initiate a return.

Who pays return shipping?

For items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our fault, we will cover return shipping costs. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend insuring all return shipments, as we cannot be responsible for packages lost or damaged during return transit.
